InstaFame Phantom Art is a gorilla pop up art movement where we turn
the last car of a moving subway train into a fine art gallery.
The art pieces are 21 x 22 and easily replace the ads that one normally finds in the train.
Nic 707 is the originator of the idea that put graffiti artists of the 70s and 80s back on the trains where they
belong.
Pricing for theses works of art are in the upwards of $5000.
Part of the allure to collectors is the fact
that these pieces have been
documented via photography and video
and many journalists have written about IPA have rallied to new
sightings whenever they happen.
